Gali Ali Bag Waterfall is one of the most visited tourist sites in northern region and all of Iraq. The waterfall is located in the Soran district beside Korek Mountain and is the confluence of three different rivers: the Rwandz, Sidakan, and Khalifan. The waterfall is an Iraqi icon as it was featured on Iraqi banknotes since the 1970’s.
